Refund Policy

This policy explains when a membership subscription can be refunded, how to request it, and how long processing takes.

Scope

This policy applies to monthly, quarterly, and annual membership subscriptions purchased on this site. Free accounts and trial access involve no payment and are therefore out of scope.

When a refund applies

  • 7-day cooling-off on a first subscription: within 7 calendar days of your first membership purchase, and provided you have opened no more than 50 advertiser or domain detail pages in that period, you may request a full refund.
  • Duplicate charges: any amount charged more than once for the same order is refunded in full.
  • Extended outage: if the service is continuously unavailable for more than 72 hours due to our fault, we refund the affected days on a pro-rata basis, or extend your membership by the equivalent period.

When a refund does not apply

  • The 7-day cooling-off period on a first subscription has passed.
  • More than 50 detail pages were opened during the cooling-off period, i.e. the core data has been substantially consumed.
  • Renewal orders, and subscriptions that have entered a new billing cycle.
  • The account was suspended or terminated for a breach of the Terms of Service.
  • Expectations about data coverage differ from reality, where that coverage is already documented in our Methodology. We recommend confirming coverage with the free allowance before paying.

How to request a refund

  • Email [email protected] with the subject "Refund request", or reach us on Telegram at @ppceye.
  • Include: your account email, order number, payment date, and the reason for the request.
  • We reply with a decision within 5 business days of receiving the request.
  • Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Settlement time depends on the payment provider, typically 3–15 business days.
  • Once a refund is issued, the corresponding membership access ends at the close of that day.

Other

This policy applies together with our Terms of Service. Where the two differ on refunds, this policy governs. Updates are published on this page. If you disagree with a refund decision, you can appeal via our Contact page.
