Service Scope

PPCEye provides search, analysis, and workflow support based on public ad-transparency data. Service features may change based on data-source availability and product updates.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or destructive activities.
• Unauthorized account sharing is not permitted.

Data, AI enrichment results, and analysis content on this site are provided for research and internal reference only and do not constitute legal, financial, or business advice.

Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

• Memberships are sold as monthly (30 days), quarterly (90 days) and annual (365 days) plans, each charged once for the period selected. The price shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase applies.
• Memberships do not auto-renew. Access simply ends on the expiry date and no further charge is made, so there is no subscription to cancel. Purchase again whenever you want to continue.
• Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record. Creem is the seller of record for the transaction, collects payment, issues the invoice and handles any applicable taxes, and appears as Creem on your statement.
• Access is granted automatically once payment succeeds. If it has not been granted within 30 minutes, email [email protected] with your order ID.
• Refund eligibility, how to request one and processing times are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and Termination

• We may change features, data coverage or pricing. A price change does not affect a membership period that has already started.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms — for example account sharing, automated bulk scraping, or unlawful use. No refund is given in that case.
• If these terms change materially we will update this page and the effective date shown below.

Memberships are sold and charged by Creem acting as Merchant of Record, meaning Creem is the seller for that transaction and issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes. This site provides and supports the service itself.

Please raise any dispute under these terms by email first. Payment disputes are handled by Creem under its own terms.
